Call for Submissions

We’re looking for submissions by divorced, Muslim women.

1. All submissions must be inspired by the divorce experience. Submissions can be:

personal experiences – the good, the bad, the ugly; the amazing, the incredible; the devastation, the growth
observations, revelations, truths
insights gained
lessons learnt
knowledge that you want to impart

2. All submissions are subject to the editors’ discretion.

1. Submissions should be made in English.

2. It can be done under a pen name provided that your real name is known to editors of And She Thrived.

3. Submissions may be edited.

We’re looking for original photos or artwork that tells your story and will make us think and reflect.

· We accept photos of people, places or things. For photos of people: no full-frontal faces.

· Photos can be used as a standalone piece or as part of a blog post.

· Your photos will then form part of our library.

· Submissions should be accompanied by a short bio and a commentary on the image.
